GORILL’N ROUND STEAK

¼ cup olive oil
-
1 cup red wine
-
1 large onion
-
1 tbs cilantro – fresh or dried
-
1 tbs parsley – fresh or dried
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
1 cup beef broth
-
½ cup flour
-
¼ cup brown sugar
-
½ cup Gorill’n Sauce – add more after cooking is complete if desired
-
Heat olive oil in skillet, add onions, sauté until tender/transparent.
-
Coat round steak (serving size pieces) in flour, season with seasoned salt, cilantro, parsley, salt and pepper, add to skillet.

Brown meat, add broth and wine and brown sugar.
-
Bring to a boil, turn down heat, add Gorill’n Sauce and simmer 3 hrs or until meat is tender.


SILVERBACK SPAGHETTI
-
8 oz. Italian Sausage
-
1 lb. ground beef
-
2 tbs. minced garlic
-
1/3 cup chopped onion
-
1/2 cup Silverback Gorill’n Sauce
-
1 lb. pasta of choice
-
Saute sausage, beef, garlic and onion until browned, drain excess fat.
-
Add Silverback Gorill’n Sauce and simmer on low for 30 to 45 min. or until cooked and serve over your favorite pasta.




SILVERBACK’S SAUCY WINGS
-
12 chicken wings
-
4 tbs garlic salt
-
4 cups water
-
1/2 cup Silverback Gorill’n Sauce
-
Combine garlic salt and water in large bowl to make a brine.
-
Soak wings in brine for 1 hour.

Bake or Fry wings:
-
Bake in oven on 350 for 45 min. or until cooked and golden brown.
-
Fry in canola oil for 12 to 14 min. or until cooked and golden brown.
-
Cook Silverback Gorill’n Sauce in double broiler until warm, toss wings in sauce and serve.
