GORILL’N ROUND STEAK
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tbs cilantro – fresh or dried
  • 1 tbs parsley – fresh or dried
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup Gorill’n Sauce – add more after cooking is complete if desired
  1. Heat olive oil in skillet, add onions, sauté until tender/transparent.
  2. Coat round steak (serving size pieces) in flour, season with seasoned salt, cilantro, parsley, salt and pepper, add to skillet.
  3. Brown meat, add broth and wine and brown sugar.
  4. Bring to a boil, turn down heat, add Gorill’n Sauce and simmer 3 hrs or until meat is tender.
SILVERBACK SPAGHETTI
  • 8 oz. Italian Sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tbs. minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Silverback Gorill’n Sauce
  • 1 lb. pasta of choice  
  1. Saute sausage, beef, garlic and onion until browned, drain excess fat.
  2. Add Silverback Gorill’n Sauce and simmer on low for 30 to 45 min. or until cooked and serve over your favorite pasta.
SILVERBACK’S SAUCY WINGS
  • 12 chicken wings
  • 4 tbs garlic salt
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup Silverback Gorill’n Sauce
  1. Combine garlic salt and water in large bowl to make a brine.
  2. Soak wings in brine for 1 hour.
  3. Bake or Fry wings:
  4. Bake in oven on 350 for 45 min. or until cooked and golden brown.
  5. Fry in canola oil for 12 to 14 min. or until cooked and golden brown.
  6. Cook Silverback Gorill’n Sauce in double broiler until warm, toss wings in sauce and serve.
